91 Tests on Finished Product
6 Physical Parameters Tests are carried out to confirm that the product is met specified requirements of Chemical elements are pH level, color, Odour, taste, Turbidity and TDS level.
39 General parameters Tests are conducted internally and by external labs to ensure the specified requirements of chemical parameters like Chloride, Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium, etc. in water as per BIS and FSSAI norms. In order to regulate this, different tests are done ranging from a daily frequency to a 6 months frequency.
13 Toxic substances Tests are carried out through external labs to check for presence of Toxic substances like Mercury, Cadmium, Cyanide, Led, etc. These tests are done on every Six months once
2 Radio Active Residues tests are carried out to determine within specification value of radioactive residues are Alpha and Beta Emitters. These tests are done on every five years once as per BIS norms
13 Microbiological Requirements tests are carried out to ensure the specified requirements as per BIS and FSSAI norms. 7 tests are carried out in house on daily basis. 6 tests are carried out through external labs on a monthly basis.
31 Pesticide Residues tests are conducted every 6 months once to ensure the pesticides in below limit of quantification and limit of quantification as per BIS norms in the final product.
19 Tests on Container
3 Visual Inspection testing Labelling, date coding, bottle and cap condition. 16 Container testing - 7 tests for container capacity, strength and appearance and 9 tests for specific migration of container.
